Senior Internal Communications Specialist (Parental leave cover until October 2028, option to extend)

Creates internal emails, newsletters, decks and videos for N26 and runs the comms planner and intranet migration; a 2-year parental leave cover.

What you'll do

  • Write emails, newsletters, intranet posts and videos
  • Maintain the global comms planner and measure message performance
  • Lead content cleanup and migration for the new intranet
  • Work with the CEO Office, People team and External Comms

What they're looking for

  • 5+ years in internal or employee communications
  • Experience with HR, change and strategy communications
  • Experience with works councils in regulated settings
  • Fluent (C2) English; skilled with Synthesia and Google Workspace
