First B2B demand generation hire at Airbnb Hotels: builds the EMEA inbound engine that brings independent hotels onto the platform. 12-month fixed-term pilot.

What you'll do

  • Set the EMEA inbound strategy and roadmap for hotel acquisition
  • Build programmes across email, paid, SEO, content, events and partnerships
  • Own the funnel from lead capture to MQL handoff, incl. scoring and routing
  • Keep Salesforce data clean together with RevOps
  • Design LinkedIn campaigns aimed at hotel decision-makers

What they're looking for

  • Experience in B2B demand generation or inbound marketing
  • Hands-on with lead scoring, routing and Salesforce
  • Comfort building a function from scratch as the first hire
  • Available for a 12-month fixed-term contract
