What you'll do

  • Manage and scale affiliate programs in DACH within CPR and CAC targets
  • Find and sign new affiliate partners, publishers and creators
  • Grow relationships with top affiliate partners and audit their sites
  • Launch targeted affiliate initiatives with specialist teams
  • Ensure clean tracking and campaign attribution

  • 5+ years in affiliate or performance marketing in DACH
  • Fluent German and English
