What you'll do

  • Partner with the CEO on consistent company-wide messaging
  • Own recurring internal comms and the company narrative
  • Plan comms for fundraises, reorgs and leadership changes
  • Run all-hands and coach leaders to communicate well
  • Build AI workflows and measure whether messages land

  • Background in comms, chief of staff, founder's office, strategy or consulting
  • Trusted adviser to a founder or CEO on sensitive communications
