What you'll do

  • Write and build newsletters, product campaigns and automated journeys
  • Develop welcome, post-purchase, cross-sell and win-back flows
  • Segment audiences by behaviour, purchase history and lifecycle stage
  • Test content, subject lines, timing and products to lift conversion
  • Grow Goldbergh's Substack with editorial stories

What they're looking for

  • Experience in email and CRM marketing for an e-commerce brand
  • Hands-on with automated flows and audience segmentation
  • Strong writing skills for product and editorial content
