What you'll do

  • Plan and run multi-channel campaigns to recruit mortgage brokers
  • Manage acquisition budgets against CPA targets
  • Test ad creative, landing pages, audiences and offers
  • Work with PR and events on trade coverage and hybrid events
  • Own partner landing pages for SEO and conversion

  • 5+ years in B2B acquisition or performance marketing
  • Experience managing paid budgets against CPA
  • Hands-on testing and retargeting skills
  • Comfortable reporting on funnel KPIs
