What you'll do

  • Build and own automations, AI workflows, integrations and data flows
  • Launch growth experiments and automated flows that bring qualified signups
  • Support marketing, sales and product teams across four markets
  • Work with local marketing, PLG, data and revenue operations teams

What they're looking for

  • 3+ years in marketing ops, growth or GTM operations
  • Hands-on experience with automation and AI tools
  • Strong problem-solving and a proactive approach
  • Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues
