Sets and runs ChatGPT's growth plan in France, combining funnel and product experiments with performance marketing tests across acquisition and retention.

What you'll do

  • Set the France growth plan and roadmap with the country GM and central teams
  • Use research, funnel and cohort data to find and rank local growth opportunities
  • Run performance marketing tests with regional marketers, creators and partners
  • Design experiments across onboarding, activation, re-engagement and paid conversion
  • Work with Product, Engineering, Design and Data Science to ship changes

What they're looking for

  • Experience in growth roles spanning product funnels and paid acquisition
  • Comfort with funnel, cohort and experiment analysis
  • Fluency in CAC, payback and LTV to decide what to scale
  • Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
