Content Planning Specialist (Senior)

Plans and measures multichannel content for a large home improvement retailer, a Multiplica client; writes briefs but does not produce content.

What you'll do

  • Build short, mid and long-term content plans
  • Write content briefs and decide when to reuse existing pieces
  • Set KPIs and dashboards for campaign performance
  • Act as the hub between CRM, app, B2B and internal comms teams
  • Broker agreement between teams with competing priorities

What they're looking for

  • Senior experience leading comms or brand strategy projects
  • Retail experience required; home improvement a plus
  • Degree in communications, advertising, journalism or marketing
  • Plus: CRM flows, digital analytics or app management
  • Works in Spanish; at least 2 office days a week in Alcobendas
